By accessing this website or making a booking with Highland Glamping Luxury Riverfront Dome Tent Resort (“Highland Glamping”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or make a reservation.

Highland Glamping operates two distinct products:

• Dome Resort: A permanent luxury retreat with 13 Riverfront Superior Deluxe Domes and 2 Hilltop Superior Deluxe Domes in Paro, Bhutan.
• Curated Camping Experiences: Temporary, bespoke camping setups in selected locations across Bhutan. These are separate from the dome resort and are arranged following a preference enquiry.

Each product has a separate booking process and pricing structure. Please ensure you are booking or enquiring for the correct product.

All bookings are enquiry-based. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Highland Glamping. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

By submitting a booking enquiry, you confirm that:

• You are aged 18 or over
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all guests in your party

Payment terms, accepted methods, and deposit requirements will be communicated to you upon booking confirmation. We currently accept payment by bank transfer. Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Indian Rupees (INR) depending on the rate shown at the time of booking.

Room rates cover your accommodation and any meal plan stated in your booking confirmation. The Bhutan Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) is a government fee levied per person per night and is payable separately when your permit or visa is issued, unless your confirmation explicitly states that it is included. Government fees are set by the Royal Government of Bhutan and may change independently of our rates. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price.

Guests are expected to respect the peaceful nature of the resort, the natural environment, and fellow guests at all times. Highland Glamping reserves the right to ask any guest who behaves in a disruptive, disrespectful, or unlawful manner to leave the resort without refund.

Our domes and camping setups are in natural environments. Guests must follow all safety guidance provided by our team. Interference with wildlife, fires, or damage to natural features is strictly prohibited.

Maximum occupancy per dome is 2 adults. Children aged 7 and under are not counted toward occupancy. Groups requiring more than one dome may book multiple domes subject to availability.

Overnight guests not declared at time of booking are not permitted without prior agreement.

Highland Glamping takes reasonable care to ensure the safety and quality of all accommodations and experiences. However, we are not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Injury arising from activities undertaken at the guest's own discretion
• Force majeure events (see Section 9)
• Disruption to services beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking in question.

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to): natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, or infrastructure failure.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or a credit for a future stay.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of Highland Glamping or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any linked sites.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhutan.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance.
